Need extra protection?
Some pests require more than one visit to fully eliminate.
Your technician will assess the situation on-site and recommend any additional treatments needed to ensure long-term protection. These services are quoted separately as one-off add-ons:

24/7 Digital Rodent Monitoring
From $99
Precision offers intelligent digital rodent monitoring as an optional upgrade to your home protection plan. Our system provides 24/7 surveillance without the use of pesticides, using discreet electronic sensors to detect rodent activity in key areas of your home.
If movement is detected, our team is automatically notified and we will return to inspect, re-treat or adjust your baiting system as needed.
Includes up to 2 bait stations in the roof void or subfloor (additional stations as quoted).

German Cockroach Treatment
From $149
German cockroaches are one of the most resilient and fast-breeding pest species found in Australian homes. They often nest deep inside kitchen appliances, cupboards, and wall cavities, making them difficult to eliminate with a single treatment.
Effective control requires a structured, staged approach often including a follow-up visit to treat newly hatched nymphs and prevent re-infestation.
This treatment is quoted as an extra due to the additional time, products and technician visits needed to fully resolve the infestation.

Targeted Flea and Tick Treatment
From $149
Fleas and ticks are persistent pests that often require more than one visit to fully eliminate. They can live in carpets, pet bedding, garden areas and subfloors and their life cycles mean that eggs or larvae can survive an initial treatment.
To break the infestation, a staged treatment approach is essential. This service includes an initial application followed by professional guidance on when to book a follow-up visit if activity continues.

What’s included:
What if I see pests again after treatment?
All our services include a free service period. That’s 3 months for one-off treatments, and 12 months for Silver and Gold plans.
If pests return during this time, simply call us. We’ll send a licensed technician back at no extra cost.
You’ll receive a call back the same or next business day. Return visits are booked at a time that suits you.
There’s no need to register. Your free service period is included automatically, with no tricky exclusions or fine print. If pests return within your coverage window, so do we.
How many visits are included?
Depending on your plan and any pest pressures during the year, you may receive up to three scheduled visits. Additional service calls may be included during your free service period, provided our hygiene and access recommendations have been followed. Read the T&C’s here.
What’s expected of me as the homeowner?
Pest control is a partnership. We’ll provide treatment, advice and aftercare instructions and we ask that you implement key hygiene and maintenance steps to get the best result. This might include clearing clutter and removing food sources.
Who will come to my home?
Our technicians are qualified, liscenced and experienced. They’re local, and briefed on your property’s pest history. Expect consistent quality every time.
Can I cancel my plan early?
Our plans are designed to make pest control easier by spreading the cost over 12 months. Because most of the cost is in the initial treatment (and the termite inspection if it has already been completed), early cancellation means you may not yet have paid for the services you’ve already received.
Here’s how it works:
- Silver Plan – Minimum 12 months. If you cancel earlier, you’ll need to cover the remaining cost of the initial treatment.
- Gold Plan – Minimum 12 months. If you cancel earlier, you’ll need to cover the remaining cost of the initial treatment and termite inspection if completed.
- After that minimum period, you can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
This ensures our pricing stays fair for all customers while still giving you the flexibility to pay monthly instead of one large upfront bill.
What does “as quoted extra” mean for certain pests?
Some pests like German cockroaches, fleas, ticks and rodents require follow-up visits to break the pest lifecycle. These are not included in standard plans. Your technician will assess your property and provide a quote based on the level of activity and treatment needed.
