Our number one priority during these tough times with COVID-19 is to protect the communities we work around; to protect our employees, customers, their families, loved ones and members of the communities we may come into contact with.
Precision Pest Control wants to assure you that we are taking all pre-emptive measures to protect the safety and welfare of our customers and employees.
We have implemented preventative steps company-wide to address the concerns and minimise the spread of any illness. We are across all official information and advice in order to allay any panic or fear.
We take health and safety seriously at Precision Pest Control. Our employees are well informed so they can also follow correct procedures:
- Before your visit from us please make us aware if you or a member of your household are self-isolating. We will be happy to make arrangements to carry out treatment without interaction.
- All Precision Pest Control employees are under strict instructions to report any ill feelings or sickness and are instructed not to come to work or have public contact if there are potential coronavirus symptoms.
- We are following strict hygiene rules in the office, at home, on the road and when visiting customers. These include using sanitising wipes and disinfectant spray with at least 60% of alcohol. Wiping of all surfaces and equipment before and after use. Washing hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. The use of disposable gloves at all times.
- We are regularly disinfecting every inch of our office building, door handles, filing cabinets, bathrooms and other objects that are commonly touched.
- You will always have the ability to leave the house whilst pest treatment is happening and we can settle invoices and reports online.
- Stop the spread by avoiding physical contact – using a smile, wave, or head nod is more appropriate in these times.
- All our staff are healthy and are trained in strict hygiene procedures. Take comfort knowing that your pest problems can be eliminated, even in such unknown times.
There is no need to live with termites, cockroaches, bed bugs, rats and other such pests that can cause more diseases. We will continue to provide healthy, hygienic and effective pest control.
